GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS EVENT VISITORS
Article 1 – THE AGREEMENT
- These general terms and conditions (“GTC”) apply to any (parts of an) agreement between Audio Obscura B.V. (with its registered office at Prinsengracht 769, 1017 JZ in Amsterdam), or its affiliated undertaking (the “Organiser”) and a person (the “Buyer”) who directly or indirectly purchases an admission ticket (“Admission Ticket”) for an event organised by or on behalf of the Organiser (the “Event”) and/or each person who attends the Event (the “Visitor”) or is on or around the location(s) where (parts of) an Event may take place, including (where relevant) all the surrounding grounds, spaces, fields, parking site(s) etc (“Event Location”), including agreements concluded with or through (brokerage of) official (pre)sales outlets designated for this purpose by the Organiser, including, where applicable, providers of services for the (re)sale and purchase of Admission Tickets, including online, such as explicitly designated and authorised secondary ticketing platforms (“Service Platforms”).
- By purchasing an Admission Ticket and/or attending an Event, an agreement is entered into between the Buyer, the holder of the Admission Ticket and/or the Visitor on the one hand and the Organiser on the other hand, to which these GTC apply. The Organiser hereby expressly rejects the applicability of any general terms and conditions (under any name) of Buyer or Visitor.
- The Visitor/Buyer is aware that in addition to these GTC, other conditions may apply to the purchase of Admission Tickets and/or attendance of Events, including for example house rules of Organiser, general terms and conditions of (pre)sales outlets, or of Service Platforms, and/or general terms and conditions and/or house rules of the Event Location.
Article 2 – ADMISSION TICKET
- The Admission Ticket will be offered for sale by or on behalf of the Organiser via its website or via third parties to which the Organiser has granted permission to sell these Admission Tickets on its behalf, such as (pre)sales organisations and/or authorised Service Platforms, including online/digitally. The identity of these parties will be stated by the Organiser on its website and/or on the website of the Event.
- An Admission Ticket can only be bought by consumers who are at least 18 years of age. The Organiser reserves the right to set a maximum on the number of Admission Tickets to be obtained and the Buyer/Visitor is prohibited to exceed this maximum, either directly or indirectly, amongst others by buying, offering, selling and providing Admission Tickets via third parties, including in conjunction with commercial interests, except for the approved private, non-commercial (returning) sales and (re)purchase of Admission Tickets through Service Platforms under the relevant applicable terms and conditions set out in these GTC and/or those of the Service Platform.
- Once purchased, Admission Tickets may not be returned to the Organiser. The provisions of Section 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code shall apply to Admission Tickets.
- The Organiser reserves the right to always refuse orders for purchase of Admission Tickets, for whatever reason.
- An Admission Ticket may comprise, amongst others, a document, wristband, file containing/or a (bar- or QR-)code issued by or on behalf of the Organiser. The (bar- or QR-)code is a unique code that is provided to the Buyer/Visitor via electronic communication (for example, by e-mail/app). If the Buyer/Visitor has chosen to receive the Admission Ticket in this manner, the Buyer/Visitor must ensure that the Admission Ticket can actually be received via electronic communication in a safe manner.
- The Admission Ticket is personal and grants single access to the Event to one person holding the legitimately acquired Admission Ticket. For verification purposes, the Organiser is entitled to require identification of the Visitor upon entering the Event or the Organiser may assume that the Visitor is also the person entitled to the Admission Ticket. It is the Visitor’s own responsibility to ensure that he/she is and remains the holder of the Admission Ticket. Admission Tickets are and remain the property of the Organiser.
- From the time that the Admission Ticket has been made available to the Buyer/Visitor, the risk of loss, theft, damage or misuse of the Admission Ticket will rest with the Buyer/Visitor. The Buyer/Visitor is not entitled to a refund of the purchasing price or any other compensation in the event of loss, damage or misuse of the Admission Ticket, or in the event that the Buyer/Visitor for whatever reason does not make use of the Admission Ticket.
- Only the legitimate purchase of an Admission Ticket via a recognised appointed sales or pre-sales point, recognised and appointed Service Platform or directly from the Organiser guarantees the validity of the Admission Ticket. The burden of proof in this regard rests with the Buyer/Visitor. The Organiser may deny access to a Buyer/Visitor at the entrance check-in if the Organiser suspects or has knowledge that the Admission Ticket is invalid or was illegitimately obtained.
- If the Buyer/Visitor fails to comply with the obligations set out in this article, the Organiser is entitled to invalidate the Admission Ticket, deny the Buyer/Visitor access to the Event and to exclude the Buyer/Visitor from the Event and, and the Buyer/Visitor will be liable to pay the Organiser an immediately payable fine of €100 (one hundred euros) per Admission Ticket and €100 (one hundred euros) per day that such violation continues, without prejudice to any other rights of Organiser, including but not limited to the Organiser’s right to seek enforcement and/or full compensation for damages. Holders of invalid Admission Tickets will not be granted access to the Event and will not be entitled to any compensation.
- The Buyer/Visitor is not permitted to (have) remove(d) and/or (have) change(d) mentions of copyright, brands, logos, models, trade names and/or other industrial or intellectual property rights of Organiser, its licensers and/or (pre)sales outlets and/or to in any other way violate intellectual property rights of Organiser and/or its licensees and licensors.
Article 3 – RESALE PROHIBITION
- The Buyer of an Admission Ticket buys and holds it in principle for themselves and is not entitled to offer it for sale, sell it or provide it to third parties for commercial purposes, except through (pre)sales outlets and/or Service Platforms explicitly appointed and authorised by or on behalf of the Organiser, and explicitly identified as such by the Organiser, under the conditions as set out in Article 4 of these GTC. In the event of a violation of this condition, the Organiser is entitled to refuse admission to the Event with any and all Admission Tickets purchased in violation of this condition. The Organiser is also entitled to impose an immediately payable penalty on the Buyer reselling Admission tickets in violation of the above, of EUR 5,000 for each violation and EUR 1,000 for each day that the violation continues, without prejudice to the Organiser’s right to claim performance and/or compensation from the Buyer/Visitor for the damage suffered or still to be suffered.
- A right to restitution in the event of force majeure as referred to in Article 7 GTC will not arise in the event:
- of an infringement of Article 3.1 GTC and the Buyer has bought the Admission Tickets for commercial purposes and has resold or attempted to resell them at a higher price than that for which the Organiser offers them for sale;
- the Admission Tickets were obtained from a third party not designated by Organiser.
- The Buyer may not, in respect of the Organiser, advertise or undertake any other form of publicity in relation to the Event or any part thereof, for commercial gain, nor refer to Admission Tickets in such advertising or publicity.
- The Buyer making available an Admission Ticket to third parties in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 3.1 of these GTC is obliged to impose all of the Buyer’s obligations arising from an agreement regarding the purchase of Admission Tickets and/or attendance of an Event or these GTC on the next holder of the Admission Ticket in full. The Buyer guarantees that the aforesaid third parties meet and/or will comply with all of the aforesaid obligations.
- If the Buyer or a Visitor violates one or more of the provisions as stated in these GTC, the Organiser will be entitled to invalidate the Admission Ticket and/or deny the Visitor access or further access to and/or remove the Visitor from the Event without the Buyer / Visitor being entitled to a refund of – yet with the obligation to remunerate to the Organiser – the amount that they paid for the Admission Ticket (including service costs) to the Organiser, whether purchased through a (pre)sales outlet, at Organiser directly, and/or through services of a Service Platform, without prejudice to any and all of the Organiser’s (other) rights, including the right to also demand performance and/or full compensation for damages. Holders of invalidated Admission Tickets will not be entitled to a refund or compensation in any other way.
Article 4 – AUTHORISED RESALE TO AND REPURCHASE VIA SERVICE PLATFORMS
- Without prejudice to the prohibition on the sale or resale of Admission Tickets, as referred to in Article 3.1, unless otherwise agreed in writing in the relevant case, a legitimately purchased original Admission Ticket may solely be offered for (re)sale to or purchase from the Organiser, via a Service Platform explicitly appointed by the Organiser (in the form of authorised providers of services for the sale, resale and purchase of Admission Tickets). In addition to these GTC, the terms and conditions set out in this Article, the general terms and conditions of use of the relevant Service Platform also apply to the (re)sale and purchase of Admission Tickets via Service Platforms. The Buyer is aware that such permitted (re)sale or purchase of an Admission Ticket is at their own expense and risk. The Organiser is not liable and accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with the (re)sale or (re)purchase of an Admission Ticket via such Service Platforms.
- The agreement for the (re)sale to and (re)purchase from the Organiser of an Admission Ticket via the Service Platform is a direct, one-off, conditional purchase agreement concluded between the relevant user of the Service Platform (as seller of an original Admission Ticket, the “Seller” and/or (re)purchaser of the regenerated Admission Ticket, the “Repurchaser”) and the Organiser, under the express condition that the offered selling price of the Admission Ticket is within the limits set by the Organiser and as such is accepted by the Organiser, and that the regenerated Admission ticket is purchased by a Repurchaser via the Service Platform at the offered sale price. In doing so, the Organiser buys back the original Admission Ticket from the Seller and Organiser (re)sells it as a newly generated Admission Ticket to the Repurchaser. This transaction takes place without dissolution of the original agreement between the Buyer/Visitor and the Organiser, so that the original transaction between the Organiser and the Buyer/Visitor for the original Admission Ticket remains intact. Thus, when (re)purchasing or (re)selling an Admission Ticket via the Service Platform as mentioned above, the Seller and Repurchaser each enter into a separate, direct, one-off purchase agreement with the Organiser, hereinafter referred to as the “Repurchase Agreement”.
- The Seller determines the price of each Admission Ticket it offers via the Service Platform (‘Selling Price’), taking into account the fact that the Organiser is entitled to impose (additional) conditions on the Selling Price and to change, adjust or remove these conditions at any time, depending on market conditions, legal requirements or other relevant considerations. In this context, the Organisation is free, for example, to attach minimum and/or maximum prices to the Selling Prices in relation to the original price of the Admission Ticket or in relation to the price of the Admission Tickets sold in the last tier (including booking fees), all with due observance of applicable market conditions and/or legislation and regulations. Where applicable, the Organiser will clearly communicate these conditions to Buyers/Visitors in advance, taking into account the necessary level of transparency for both the Seller and the Repurchaser. This includes, but is not limited to, clearly indicating the original price of the Admission Ticket, the last tier prices and any applicable costs or surcharges.
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Purchase Agreement. The Repurchaser or Seller may only terminate the Purchase Agreement in the event of a substantial change to the terms and conditions. Pursuant to Article 6:230p of the Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the Purchase Agreement.
- The Organiser has the irrevocable right to dissolve or terminate a Purchase Agreement if the Seller or Repurchaser does not comply with the conditions set out in this Article 4 and/or these GTC and/or the applicable general terms and conditions of the Service Platform.
- The Seller shall owe the Organiser the then applicable booking costs (including service and administration costs, including VAT) for the (re)sale to the Organiser of the Admission Ticket. By entering into the Purchase Agreement, the Seller agrees that this amount will be deducted from the Selling Price to be received by the Seller, which amount shall accrue to the Organiser.
- The Buyer shall pay the Selling Price invoiced by or on behalf of the Service Platform for the Admission Ticket purchased and regenerated via the Service Platform, as well as the requested booking fees of the Organiser (including VAT). In addition, the Repurchaser shall pay transaction costs for payment processing services as indicated by the Service Platform (including VAT).
- Upon acceptance and payment by the Repurchaser of the Selling Price via the Service Platform, the original Admission Ticket will be automatically invalidated by the Organiser and will no longer be usable, and the Repurchaser will receive a newly generated Admission Ticket.
- Payment and delivery of the regenerated Admission Ticket takes place via the Service Platform, in which case the applicable conditions of the Service Platform shall apply.
- Organiser is entitled to (temporarily) suspend, restrict and/or terminate the use of Service Platform services, without prior notice, without resulting I n any right of Buyer/Visitor to compensation from Organiser.
Article 5 – ADMISSION TO THE EVENT
- By attending the Event, each Visitor explicitly agrees to these GTC.
- Only Visitors who are at least 18 years of age will be admitted to the Event and must therefore be in possession of a valid identity document.
- The Visitor must be in possession of a valid and undamaged Admission Ticket both before and during the Event and for as long as they are at the Event Location. The Visitor will show the Admission Ticket on request by the Organiser, the security personnel and other authorised persons.
- If it is plausible that the Admission Ticket has been forged, the Organiser is entitled to refuse the holder of the Admission Ticket further access to the Event without the Visitor or the holder being able to claim any damage that they may have suffered as a result, without prejudice to any and all of the Organiser’s (other) rights, including the right to also demand performance and/or full compensation for damages.
- The Visitor will cooperate with a body search when visiting the Event. A Visitor who does not submit to a body search be refused admission to the Event or may be removed immediately, without the right to a refund of the amount of the Admission Ticket.
- It is prohibited to bring professional photographic, film, sound and/or other recording equipment into the place where the Event takes place, on pain of confiscation for the duration of the Event.

Confiscated goods will not be returned and the Organiser has the right to destroy them. A Visitor who violates this prohibition may also be refused admission or further admission without being entitled to reimbursement of the Admission Ticket amount or may be removed from the Event and/or handed over to the police.
Article 6 – THE COMPANY RULES
- Except with the permission of the Organiser, recording of the Event in any form whatsoever, including photographing, filming and making other sound and/or visual recordings, is prohibited. This includes printing and/or copying from the programme (booklet), posters and other printed matter. All such recordings will be confiscated and immediately destroyed. If and insofar the Visitor has recorded the Event in a non-professional manner, such as with the help of a smart phone, the Visitor is solely allowed to the private use of such recordings and without commercial purposes.
- Cameras may be installed by the Organiser during the Event to make recordings for the purposes of supervision and safety.
- If the Visitor, after entering the place where the Event takes place, leaves this place, the Admission Ticket will lose its validity.
- The Visitor will comply with the regulations and/or instructions issued by the Organiser, the operators of the Event Location, the security personnel, the fire brigade and other authorised persons.
- If consumption tokens or payment cards with a certain credit value can be purchased at the Event, these are only valid during the relevant Event. The Organiser is never obliged after the Event to refund the purchase amount of the tokens or the credit on the payment card, before, during or after the Event. In case of loss or theft of the payment card, a refund of the remaining credit is not possible. The Organiser is never liable for loss and / or theft of a payment card. Consumption tokens or cashless purchases of a certain credit value, made during an Event, are only valid during the Event in question.
- The Organiser may choose to offer the Visitor the possibility of renting a locker at the Event. A locker is a storage area for objects, clothing, bags, money and/or valuable papers belonging to the Visitor, for which the Visitor receives a personal code. The Visitor may open and close the locker with this code. The use of the locker by the Visitor may be subject to additional general terms and conditions (of a third party), to which the Visitor agrees to at the time of renting the locker. The Organiser accepts no liability for loss and/or theft and/or the use by another party of the personal code. The Visitor must therefore always carry the code with them, and they must keep it confidential and the Visitor is advised not to store any valuables in the locker.
- The Visitor and all other persons are prohibited from offering or selling goods at and/or around the Event without the prior written consent of the Organiser.
- The Visitor and all other persons are prohibited from distributing flyers, hanging posters and/or banners or carrying out other promotional activities at and/or around the Event without the prior written consent of the Organiser.
- The Visitor will comply with the rules applicable to public order (e.g., no urinating in public, no public drunkenness, no aggressive behaviour, no offensive, discriminatory or insulting behaviour and no wearing and distribution of signs, emblems or insignias of such nature etc.) as well as the House Rules which are attached to these GTC.The Visitor must follow instructions, orders and/or directions from employees of the Organiser and/or the Event Location, security staff, the police and/or other authorised persons on the first request. These instructions may also prevent undesirable group formations, aggressive behaviour, indecent or offensive behaviour, discrimination, insults, threats, the wearing of provocative clothing, insignias, badges, head scarves and flags, etc. The Organiser will deny the Visitor access or further access to the Event if these rules are breached, without being entitled to any refund or compensation.
- The Visitor may not loiter unnecessarily in front of emergency exits and places at or around the Event Location where fire extinguishers hang or other fire-fighting and/or other safe equipment is found. In such an event, The Organiser is entitled to remove blocking Visitors and/or materials.
- The Visitor is not permitted to impair and/or to damage (the inventory at) the Event Location or the immediate vicinity of this location, in any manner whatsoever. The Visitor is also not permitted to cause danger to other visitors, personnel and/or employees of the Organiser and/or (personnel and/or employees of) contractors and emergency services, including by climbing on objects and/or being on/in objects present at or around the Event Location (such as, for example, stages, fences, containers, etc.). If the Visitor damages (the inventory at) the Event Location or the immediate vicinity of this location, the Visitor must pay compensation for this damage
- Smoking at the Event Location is only allowed in the designated (smoking) area(s). Smoking outside these (smoking) areas is expressly not allowed. Organiser will endeavour within reason to point out the smoke-free nature of (parts of) the Event Location to the Visitor. Nevertheless, Organiser does not guarantee that the Event will be entirely smoke-free. The fact that the Event may not be entirely smoke-free does not entitle the Visitor to a refund of the price for the Admission Ticket or any other compensation. The Visitor will be immediately removed from the Event and the Event Location if the Visitor violates the smoking ban. Any fines imposed on Organiser as a result of non-compliance by the Visitor may and will be recovered from the Visitor. For the avoidance of doubt, e-smoking and e-cigarettes are to be deemed as smoking within the meaning of this article.
- The Organiser may choose to apply a so-called “no-phone policy” for (parts of) the Event, in which case this will be clearly communicated by or on behalf of the Organiser to Buyers/Visitors. In case of a “no-phone policy”, Visitors may not use a telephone (including smartphone) except in the designated areas and may not take photographs or record (parts of) the Event with a telephone (smartphone). Where appropriate, the Visitor accepts the applicable no-phone policy by entering the Event Location.
- The Visitor is expressly aware that loud (amplified) music will be played during the Event and on or near the Event Location. The Organiser advises the Visitor to wear special ear protection and to regularly provide their hearing some relief by going to an area where no music is played. The Organiser is not responsible and accepts no liability for damage as a result of hearing loss, vision loss, blindness and/or other personal injury in conjunction with the Event and/or the Event Location.
- The Organiser will decide on possible measures in situations not covered by these GTC and/or the House Rules. The Organiser’s decision in this respect is binding.
Article 7 – RIGHTS OF THE ORGANISER
- If the Buyer/Visitor breaches one or more of the provisions contained in these GTC, the Organiser will be entitled to invalidate the Admission Ticket or deny the Visitor access or further access to or to removal from the Event without the Buyer/Visitor being entitled to reimbursement of the amount paid to the Organiser for the Admission Ticket (including service charges), whether through a (pre)sales outlet and/or Service Platform.
- The Organiser reserves the right to deny the Visitor access or further access to the Event or to remove them from the place where the Event is taking place if the Organiser considers this reasonably necessary to maintain peace and order during the Event.
- The Organiser organises specific programmes for Events, which are described on the website. The Organiser will make every reasonable effort to carry out the programme of the Event as planned and as announced. However, the Organiser cannot fully guarantee that the programme of the Event will be carried out as described, for example, regarding the duration or quality of the performance. An announcement of a line-up of artists, location, etc., is therefore without obligation and may be subject to change. The Organiser is at all times entitled to make changes, which never entitle the Buyer/Visitor to compensation or remuneration. The starting time stated on the Admission Ticket is subject to change.
- The artist and the Organiser are entitled to make (or have made) video and/or audio recordings of the Event and to use these images for promotional purposes for themselves or for their partners or sponsors. Persons who appear in the recordings are not entitled to any compensation. A Visitor who visits an Event:

Article 8 – CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, RELOCATION
- The Organiser is entitled to change, reschedule, relocate or cancel (parts of) an Event, without giving reasons. In such instance, the Organiser shall do its best to ensure that the Buyer/Visitor is informed of this as soon as it comes to its knowledge. It is the responsibility, however, of the Buyer/Visitor to remain informed on such rescheduling, relocation or cancellation of any or all parts of an Event. The Organiser cannot guarantee that the Buyer/Visitor will receive this information before the start of the Event and is not liable for any damage in such case.
- The Organiser is entitled to decide that Admission Tickets purchased for the Event remain valid for the rescheduled or relocated Event, on condition that rescheduling takes place within a period of 13 months after the original Event.
- If the holder of the Admission Ticket is unable to attend the rescheduled event or in case of cancellation of the entire Event by Organiser, for whatever reason, including but not limited to force majeure, the holder of the Admission Ticket will inform the Organiser of this within a reasonable period of time, at the latest within 30 (thirty) days after the Organiser has notified the rescheduled date of the Event. The holder of the Admission Ticket will then be entitled to a voucher equal to the original Admission Ticket price, excluding booking and service costs. The value of this voucher may be used for the purchase of an Admission Ticket for another event held by the Organiser during a maximum period of 12 months after it has been issued. The validity period will be stipulated on the voucher. After this period, the Buyer/Visitor is no longer entitled to any refund or compensation.
- If the holder of the Admission Ticket is unable to use a voucher, the holder of the Admission Ticket will notify the Organiser within a reasonable period of time, at the latest within 30 (thirty) days after being notified of the rescheduled Event. The holder of the Admission Ticket will then be entitled to a refund of the original Admission Ticket price, excluding booking and service costs.
- The Organiser may but is not obliged at any time deviate in writing from the above in favour of the holder of an Admission Ticket.
- The Organiser accepts no liability for any damage arising from a cancellation, rescheduling or relocation as referred to above. In the event of a cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of the Event as referred to above, the Organiser will provide as much information as possible in the manner it considers appropriate, including by stating the applicable refund periods on its website. Only in the event of full cancellation, the Visitor can submit a request for a refund of the price of the Admission Ticket Service costs and any travel and accommodation costs incurred are excluded from refund. Reimbursement of the Admission Ticket price only applies if the Admission Ticket has been purchased by the Visitor from the authorized (pre) sales outlets of and/or via the Service Platform appointed by the Organiser, and not if the Admission Ticket has been purchased via any other sales or secondary ticketing platform or marketplace.
- If an Event, as a result of or in connection with force majeure, must be cancelled after it has begun, the Organiser will grant the Buyer/Visitor a discount of 25% on another subsequent Event organized by the Organiser.
Article 9 – FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure, Organiser has the right to move all of parts of the Event to another date or to cancel all or parts of the Event or to change all of parts of the content of the Event programme.
Article 10 – LIABILITY OF THE ORGANISER
- The Organiser is only ever liable for direct damage suffered by the Visitor resulting from an attributable failure, wrongful act which is the direct and exclusive result of gross negligence and/or wilful intent on the part of the Organiser and only for damage for which the Organiser is insured, and which amount is compensated and actually paid out to the Organiser by the insurer and which is not excluded or limited in these GTC. The following are never eligible for compensation:
- a) consequential loss;
- b) immaterial damage;
- c) damage caused by intent or deliberate recklessness by the Organiser’s auxiliary persons.
- Claims against the Organiser must always be submitted in writing to the Organiser within seven (7) days after the Visitor suffered the damage (accompanied by the original Admission Ticket and the original proof of payment) and will then be dealt with as soon as possible. The Organiser can only be held liable if the Visitor informs Organiser of the default causing the damage immediately in writing, providing a reasonable period for the default to be remedied and if Organiser also continues to fail to remedy within that notice period.
- The Visitor will travel to and from, enter, stay and perform activities at the Event Location and attend the Event entirely at Visitor’s own risk and expense, in the sense that the Organiser accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage caused by such travel, entry, activities or attendance, including but not limited to damage related to hearing, sight and other physical impairments.
- The Visitor is expressly aware of the fact that loud music may be played during the Event and on or near the Event Location. The Organiser is not responsible and accepts no liability for damage as a result of hearing loss, vision loss, blindness and/or other personal injury in conjunction with the Event and/or the Event Location.
- The Organiser will strive to ensure that the programme is carried out as much as possible in accordance with the announced time schedule and artist (content) programme. However, it is not liable for any deviations therefrom and for any resulting damage which may be suffered by the Visitor and/or third parties. Start times as stated on Admission Tickets are subject to change. The Visitor is obliged to check the Organiser’s website regularly to find out whether has any part of the Event, including times, locations and/or artist programme has changed The Organiser is not liable and cannot be held liable for the content of the Event and the way it is carried out, which explicitly includes the times and/or length of the programme. Nor does the Organiser accept liability for changes to the programme of the Event.
- The Organiser is not liable and cannot be held liable for damage incurred by the Visitor as a result of loss of or damage to the Admission Ticket.
- The Organiser cannot be held liable for theft and/or loss of clothing and/or other property of a Visitor.
- The Organiser is not liable and accepts no liability for any damages resulting from the use of services of (pre)sales outlets and/or in connection with the purchase and/or (re)sale of Admission Tickets through Service Platforms, unless the damage is the direct result of the Organiser’s intentional, gross negligence or deliberate recklessness. The Organiser cannot guarantee the accuracy of the services of such (pre)sales outlets and/or Service Platforms and is not liable for any results, claims, costs or damages resulting from (any) inaccuracies with regard to the Admission Tickets (re)sold or purchased through such parties and/or defaults in the use of the services of such (pre)sales outlets and/or Service Platforms.
