Audio obscura festival by night
On August 29, Audio Obscura returns to the Van Nelle Fabriek — a UNESCO World Heritage site — following a sold-out festival edition.
A lineup carefully shaped selection spanning a wide spectrum of talent — from leading names in contemporary music to the artists you keep coming back for.

General
To minimise waste during our events, we use a recycling system at all events at the Van Nelle Fabriek.
Upon entry, you will receive one token, which can be exchanged at the bar for a cup or can. After finishing your drink, please return your cup or can to receive a clean one with your next order.
Lost your cup? A new one can be purchased at the bar for €2.
Please remember to return your cup to the bar before leaving the venue.
Waste bins for proper waste separation are available throughout the site. We kindly ask you to use the designated bins for your waste.
Yes, Audio Obscura Festival is an 18+ event.
Yes. The festival will host multiple stages, both outdoor and indoor under the summer sun at Van Nelle Fabriek.
How to get there
Navigate to Schuttevaerweg 129 and follow the signs for P BIKE and the instructions from our staff.
A dedicated shuttle service will operate between Rotterdam Central Station and the Van Nelle Fabriek.
Before the festival: shuttles will run from approximately 30 minutes before opening time.
During arrival hours: continuous shuttle service will operate between Rotterdam Central Station and the venue.
After the festival: return shuttles will operate back to Rotterdam Central Station. Shuttle buses will run until 00:00.
The exact pick-up location at Rotterdam Central Station will be clearly signposted and supported by on-site staff.

From Schiphol Airport, take the train to Rotterdam Centraal Station.
Upon arrival at Rotterdam Centraal, look for our shuttle buses at the station. The shuttle bus will take you directly to Van Nelle Fabriek.
Shuttle bus tickets: €8 return per person.

Membership
As an Audio Obscura member, you are always first in line for all ticketsales and have the earliest opportunity. Due to extremely high demand and limited capacity for some of our shows, tickets for all members can not always be guaranteed.
No, you don’t need a member code. As an active member, you’ll automatically receive a personal link to the member sale half an hour before it goes live. Simply use this link to access the ticketshop and purchase your membership ticket. All info per show will be emailed to you during the announcement.
You can benefit from your member perks as long as you have an active membership. If you choose to cancel your membership, you can use the perks until the date your membership expires.
For members, we offer reduced rates on selected show tickets and priority access to ticketsales for all our events. As these are personal memberships, you can buy a maximum of 1 ticket per show/event per membership. To ensure an honest distribution of all tickets, most type of member tickets are not resellable until one week before the event.
